Kim Eubin

  • 2024 Korean Youth Envoy for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation

    EuBin Kim, a Korea University graduate in Political Science and International Relations, has dedicated herself to promoting peace and security through responsible policy-making and international cooperation. Her commitment to these goals led her to join the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Youth Delegation in collaboration with the East Asia Institute. She contributed valuable insights on AI governance, particularly in developing ethical strategies for technology application in international security contexts. Passionate about fostering inclusive dialogues and innovative solutions to today’s global challenges, she is honored to serve as a panelist in the Youth Session, “Toward the Next 25 Years of Women, Peace and Security Agenda.”

    She aims to amplify the role of young leaders in shaping the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) agenda to address the rapidly evolving landscape of security threats. Her discussion will focus on leveraging emerging technologies strategically to further WPS objectives, while highlighting meaningful youth engagement in decision-making processes.

    Pursuing a career in media and public speaking, she continues to hone her communication skills to inspire informed public discussions on issues that shape global peace and security.
